Shrimp, Cantaloupe and Mint Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
- 3 cups fresh Arugula
- 1 1/2 pre-cook medium shrimp
- 1 cup fresh cubed mango
- 1 cup fresh cubed cantaloupe
- 1/2 cup fresh mint
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime or lemon juice
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
Preparation:
- Mix shrimp, mango, cantaloupe, mint, cinnamon, nutmeg and lemon/lime juice.
- Top salad with balsamic dressing of choice.
Paleo Balsamic Dressing Recipe:
In a small bowl combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar and honey.

| Paleo Lunch Paleo Dinner Roasted Chicken |
- 1 whole chicken (approximately 3 lbs)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or coconut oil
- 1 tspn dried thyme
- 1 tspn dried rosemary
- 1 tspn dried oregano
- 1 tspn sea salt
- 1 tspn course black pepper
- 1 red onion quart ed
- 1 stalk celery (leaves removed cleaned and cut in 4 - 5 pieces)
- Preheat oven 425 degrees.
- Remove insides of chicken rinse chicken and dry. Rub chicken in olive oil or coconut oil. Season chicken inside and out with seasoning. Place insides of chicken with red or white onion and celery. Place in roasting pan breast up.
- Bake uncovered for approximately 1 hour 30 minutes. Remove from oven when chicken's juice run clear when beast pierced with knife.
- Cover cooked chicken with aluminum foil and let rest for 30 minutes.
Garnish with sauteed shitake mushrooms, broccoli, small canned onions and or vegetable of choose.Sauteed garnish in olive oil and season to taste.

| Paleo Tortilla Recipe Corn, Wheat and Dairy Free |
Ingredients:
- 2 Cups of Almond Flour
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper to taste.
- 2 to 3 tablespoons olive oil (as needed)
Preparation:
- In small bowl combine all ingredients. Mix well with spoon then use hand to kneed dough. Dough should be elastic and hold together. If dough too dry add small amount of water as needed.
- Divide dough in equal balls. Roll each ball on parchment paper.
- For circular tortilla divide dough with large bowl or large cookie cutter.
- Continue and cook each tortilla. The longer tortilla fried crispier each tortilla becomes.
Serve warm or cool
- 3 cups fresh Arugula
- 1/2 cup grated carrots
- 3/4 cup slice peaches (peaches cut in 1/8)
- 1 cup sliced chicken
- 2 tbsp. virgin coconut oil
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
Preparation:
- Wash arugula and carrots to dry.
- Grate carrots
- Slice chicken
- Saute sliced fresh peaches. Saute in virgin coconut oil until tended and set aside
- Mix arugula, peaches, chicken, cinnamon and nutmeg
- Mix all ingredients and add balsamic dressing of choice.
- Paleo Balsamic Dressing Recipe: In a small bowl combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar and honey. Combine dressing ingredients to taste. Orthodox Paleo diet does not allow honey. Raw honey used in many Paleo Recipes individual choice.

- 3 cups sliced chard's (washed and dried)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil or vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt (season to taste)
- 1 teaspoon black pepper (season to taste)
- 3 finely chopped garlic
- 1/2 cup golden raisins
- 1/2 cup pine nuts
Preparation
- Saute seasoned chard and garlic until tender.
- Once chard's is tender remove from heat
- Mix sauteed chard's with golden raisins and pine nuts

Healthy Paleo salad loaded with nutrition. Salmon with good fatty acids. Vegetables asparagus, tomatoes and spinach. Add Paleo Balsamic Dressing with a dash of honey.
Ingredients:- 3oz grilled salmon
- 6-8 asparagus
- 3 cherry tomatoes sliced
- 1/4 cup cleaned baby spinach
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil or olive oil
Preparation:
- Saute salmon and season to taste.
- Saute salmon using coconut or olive oil. Cook salmon until thoroughly cooked and then set aside.
- Saute asparagus until tender and set aside
- Salad dishes layer with bed of baby spinach.
- Cover spinach with salmon, sliced tomatoes and asparagus.
- Cover with sesame seeds and serve.
Balsamic Dressing;
- In small dish combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar and honey (to taste).

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup raw honey- 1 egg white
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 cups halved walnuts
- 1 apple cored and sliced
- 1 tablespoon lemon or lime juice
- 1/2 cup baby spinach leaves
Glaze Preparation
- Preheat oven 250 degree
- In small pan heat raw honey (low heat).
- In separate bowl combine honey, cinnamon and nutmeg. Set aside.
- Beat egg whites into firm foam. Coat walnuts in egg white foam.
- Add honey, cinnamon and nutmeg. Cover walnuts evenly.
- On greased baking sheet spread walnuts evenly and bake for approximately 1 hour. Stir walnuts after 30 mins of baking.
- Let nuts cool and store in airtight container and refrigerate.
- Baked nuts should store for 2 weeks
Apple Preparation
- Wash and core apple
- Slice to desired size.
- Dash apple slices with lemon or lime juice
- Set aside
Salad Preparation
- Cover 2 salad dishes with baby spinach
- Top spinach with fresh apple slices
- Cover salad with glazed walnuts
- Can top with seeds of choice (optional)

The bisque is of French origin. Traditionally, made with crab, lobster, shrimp or crayfish. Thick creamy soups made of pureed vegetables are referred to a bisque soups. Creamy soup dairy is substituted with friendly Paleo almond milk. Season to taste enjoy this creamy Paleo Crab Bisque Recipe for lunch or dinner. Garnish with parley or sprig of rosemary.
Paleo Dungeness Crab Bisque RecipeCooking time: approximately 30 minutes
Ingredients:
- ½ cup finely chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons almond butter
- 2 tablespoon almond flour
- 2 cups chicken broth (preservative free)
- 3 cups almond milk
- 1 lb cooked Dungeness crabmeat
- Dash sea salt to taste
- Dash cayenne pepper
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 3 tablespoons parsley
- 1-2 crushed fresh garlic cloves
- 1 thyme sprig
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 bay leave
Preparation:
- In separate bowl mix crabmeat with lemon juice and set aside.
- Saute onion and garlic until tender.
- Add in almond flour and stir.
- In medium heat slowly add in chicken broth and almond milk.
- Add in seasoning stir constantly and reduce heat.
- Add in chucks of crab into simmering ingredients.
- At reduced heat simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- Remove thyme spig and bay leave.
- Serves 5-6
Note: Recipe contains shellfish and not recommended for those allergic or intolerant to fish or shellfish.

-2 cups fresh spinach
-3 stalks fresh kale
-1/2 cup fresh blueberries
-1 tangerine or 1/2 large orange
-1/2 cup coconut milk or orange juice
-2 peeled bananas
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
Directions:
- Rinse all fruits and vegetables. Add kale, spinach and coconut milk/juice to blender, blend thoroughly.
- Add remaining ingredients, blend.
May want to experiment with your favorite fruit and or add a little honey.

| Raw Food Sweet Bread- Paleo Recipe |
- 1 cup raw cashews
-1 cup Twister Sprouted Omega Blend
- 3/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- 2 cups strawberries, chopped
- 2 cups zucchini, chopped
- 2 teaspoons ginger powder
- 1 1/4 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon orange peel powder(optional, but yummy!)
- 1/2 teaspoon Himalayan crystal salt
- 1/4 teaspoons tevia powder (optional, but yummy!)
Preparation
- Spread all of the bread dough on a dehydrator tray lined with a non-stick Paraflexx sheet (from Excalibur ). It should be about 10" x 10" with a height (or thickness) of about 1/2".
- Dehydrate at 135 degrees for one hour. Reduce the temperature to 105-110 degrees and continue dehydrating another 8-10 hours.
- Flip the bread onto a tray that is not lined with a Paraflexx sheet. Gently peel off the current sheet of Paraflexx being used. Continue dehydrating 10-12 hours. Cut the bread into desired size pieces and continue dehydrating another 1-4 hours, or more, depending on desired dryness. The goal is not to dry the bread completely if you want it like a soft bread.Strawberry Sweet Breadwill stay fresh when stored in an airtight container in your refrigerator for up 5 days.
Serving suggestion:Serve with a nut or seed butter ( Manitoba Harvest's hemp seed butter is shown in the picture) along with some diced fruit such as berries, orange, or banana.

- 2 springs fresh rosemary (minced)

- In frying pan place olive oil and bring to high heat.

- 3 to 4 medium beets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Sea salt (to taste)
- Black pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
- Cleanse beets with removed tops
- Coat beets in olive oil and wrap each beet in aluminium foil.
- Roast for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours until completely tender.
- When beets are cooled remove peel. If desire slice peeled beets.
- To taste add sea salt and pepper.

Ingredients:
- 1 pound small mushrooms (cleaned)
- 1/3 cup white or red wine vinegar (to taste)
- 1/3 cup virgin olive oil
- 1 red onion (finely chopped)
- 1 tspn sea salt
- 1 tspn grounded black pepper
- Dash cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon fresh minced oregano or dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon fresh or dried parsley
- 1 tablespoon fresh or dried rosemary
- 3 garlic cloves (peeled and finely chopped)
- 1 tablespoon raw honey
Preparation:
- Clean mushrooms and remove stems.
- In saucepan add olive oil let simmer and reduce heat.
- In medium saucepan combine all ingredients EXCEPT MUSHROOM.
- Bring marinade to boil and reduce heat.
- Stir in mushroom and let simmer approximately 5-10 minutes until tender.
- Remove from heat and place in container.
- Cover container with marinated mushroom and refrigerate for 60 minutes.

Ingredients
-6 cups cubed pineapple (about 4 pounds)
(Can substitute pineapple with watermelon,mango, strawberries or cantaloupe)
-1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice(Can substitute pineapple with watermelon,mango, strawberries or cantaloupe)
-1 tablespoon freshly grated lime zest
Preparation:
-Blend pineapple in a blender, or process through a juicer, until liquefied completely. Stir in lime juice and zest. Pour mixture through a sieve into a bowl, then spoon juice into Popsicle molds with sticks
inserted, and freeze.

Fruits rolls can be made with apples, peaches, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, plums, pears, grapes and etc. Choose your favorite fruits. Taste the fruit for sweetness. Optional can add small amount of raw honey to taste. Fruit measurements should for 4 cups and make this delicious raw food recipe.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups apples peeled and pitted
- 2 cups strawberries
- 1 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- Raw honey to taste optional
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon or lime juice
- 1/4 cup purified water
Prepare:
- Clean peel and pit apples. Chop apples in cubes or slice.
- Clean remove stems of strawberries
- Put fruits in blender with water, cinnamon and nutmeg for approximately 30 seconds or until smooth.
- Pour mixture on Teflon-coated sheet and place in a plastic dehydrator.
- Dehydrate top side for 6-8 hours. Remove telflex and turn fruit to other side.
- Continue dehydrating for 4-6 hours or until desired consistency achieved.
On hot day tent tray with cheesecloth and leave outside. Fruit leather with dehydrate quicker.
Store roll fruit roll in its plastic wrap. Store in airtight container and put in refrigerator. Cut with cookie cutter.
